Public Address and EVAC
Optinet is the agent for ASL in South Africa – the OEM for the pubic address and EVAC on the Gautrain.
This solution provides a comprehensive set of PA and PI functions, enabling single site, multiple site, and railway station, Long Line LLPA Public Address systems, and on train PA to be monitored and controlled.

System operators can select any PA zones on the 3D GUI to make live microphone broadcasts, stored message broadcasts, or Text-to-Speech broadcasts, and can also control the broadcast of background music or listen to the announcements that are being made in a PA zone.
The system can provide automated time scheduled broadcasts, and can be linked into railway train control and signalling systems or into airport flight operational database systems to provide automated passenger service announcements. Flexible volume and broadcast controls are included, in order to provide optimum listening comfort at different times of day, or to meet noise control requirements. Optinet can integrate your entire PA, PI and EVAC solution with your current system or create a new solution for you.

Test and Commissioning
Testing and Commissioning is a quality-oriented process for achieving, verifying, and documenting that the performance of facilities, systems, and assemblies meets defined objectives and criteria. It is an all-inclusive process consisting: Planning. Coordinating. Delivery.
For the success of a project detailed testing and commissioning plans are essential – we provide inspection test plans, test plans and partial acceptation testing.
